Question about the Ebony Blade Game Question According to UESP, the Ebony Blade does 23 damage, and there's no indication of its stats being better at a higher level unlike some other quest rewards that are better at level 25 or 30 and beyond. babyeatermax 6 years ago #10. It seems lot a lot of people dislike it because it can't be tempered, but it has an unlimited health absorb enchant. That's pretty hard to beat. Health enchantments on normal weapons run out after a couple of swings. I like the ebony blade because of how tedious it is constantly having to restock on soul gems just.
